If the cash portion of a prize is not sufficient to satisfy the applicable withholding requirements, the winner must satisfy the withholding requirement by tendering sufficient additional funds to Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation of Southern CA. No prize will be awarded unless the applicable withholding requirements have been fully satisfied.
